Survey Says Community is currently open to residents of the United States only. If you reside within the U.S., you can both participate in surveys and redeem your points for rewards.

500 points equals $5 USD. This is the minimum balance required to redeem. Once you've reached 500 approved points, you can redeem any amount at or above that threshold.

Taking surveys is a great way to earn some extra money, though it’s not meant to replace a full-time job. Depending on how often you participate and survey availability, you could earn anywhere from $5 to $100 per month.

Most surveys take between 5 and 20 minutes to complete. You’ll always be shown an estimated time before starting, and we work hard to make sure those estimates are as accurate as possible.

Once your account reaches 500 approved points, you'll see the 'Redeem Points' button appear under your point balance on the 'My Points' page. Only approved points count toward the threshold.

Even though we pre-screen you using your profile, some surveys require very specific criteria. Occasionally, you might begin a survey and be told you're not a match partway through. We do our best to minimize these occurrences, but they can still happen.

Visit the 'Payout Options' section from the main menu and select your preferred payout method. You can redeem points for a variety of digital gift cards or choose Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal via Tango. Once you've hit 500 points or more, the redemption option will be enabled.
