1. Introduction

Welcome to the Survey Says Community, operated by Crunched Analytics LLC. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in our community, which provides access to surveys, polls, and reward-based engagement.

By registering, accessing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

- You must be at least 18 years old to join independently.

- If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you may participate with verified parental or legal guardian consent.

- Only one account per individual is permitted.

- Use of the platform is for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

- You agree not to share your account or impersonate anyone else.

4. Participation in Surveys

- Participation in surveys is voluntary and may earn you points.

- Points have no cash value but are redeemable through Tango Card or other methods offered by Crunched.

- Surveys may include qualification questions to ensure relevance.

5. Rewards System

- 100 points = $1 USD equivalent.

- You can redeem points once you reach the minimum threshold (currently 500 points).

- Rewards are processed through third-party services. Crunched is not responsible for technical issues with reward redemption platforms.

6. Referral Program

- You may invite others to join and earn bonus points when they complete their first survey.

- Crunched reserves the right to suspend or terminate referrals deemed fraudulent or manipulative.

7. LinkedIn Connection Bonus

- Users may opt to connect their LinkedIn profile for bonus points.

- By doing so, you agree to share publicly available profile data with Crunched Analytics LLC.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or services

- Use bots or automated tools to complete surveys

- Submit false information or misrepresent yourself

- Harass, abuse, or harm other members or Crunched staff

9. Termination

- You may close your account at any time.

- Crunched may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for inactivity over 18 months.

- Upon termination, any unredeemed points may be forfeited.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and trademarks on the site are owned by Crunched Analytics LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute without prior written permission.

11. Privacy

All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you agree to the terms outlined therein.

12. Limitation of Liability

Crunched Analytics LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, account suspension, or unredeemed rewards.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
